We are able to provide you with a budgetary breakdown by each area within your hotel, giving you more than just the bottom dollar look at your renovation.
Here is what we require in order to provide you with a P. I. P. Analysis Report:
• A copy of the P. I. P. from your brand
• A complete set of plans/blueprints of your property
• Photographs of the items detailed on the P.I.P.
• An on-site visit from PHR representatives (if necessary)
